💳 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions.

❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If:

  • The product works properly but does not meet your expectations.
  • You changed your requirements after purchase.
  • You found another software you prefer.
  • You no longer need the script or service.
  • Your server environment does not meet requirements.
  • You already downloaded the product files.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.

✅ Refunds May Be Considered If:

  • The product is completely non-functional and not as shown in demo.
  • The product description was clearly misleading.
  • You opened a support ticket but received no response within 48 business hours.

⚠ Important Refund Terms

  • Refund processing may take up to 45 days depending on bank/payment provider.
  • 20% refund processing fee will be deducted (Gateway + Dispute + Processing Fees).
  • Downloaded products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Account cancellation does not qualify for a refund.
  • Once refund is initiated, product usage must stop immediately.
